At Scent Split, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. Due to the personal nature of our products, we offer returns on unopened full-sized bottles within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is a full-sized bottle in its original, unopened cellophane packaging, as we cannot accept returns on decants or samples for hygiene reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit, as damaged returns cannot be refunded.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
